Welcome to Ace My Path, LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). We own and operate the website and provide publishing services for physical books, digital ebooks, and video courses (collectively, the "Products" or "Services").

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your access to and use of our website, the purchase of our Products, and participation in any related services. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs and our separate Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these T&Cs, you must not use our Services.

2. General Conditions

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental or guardian consent to enter into these T&Cs and purchase Products.

2.2 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these T&Cs at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3.1 Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any typographical errors regarding price or product description. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account, including applicable taxes.

3.2 Physical BooksShipping & Risk of Loss: 

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The risk of loss and title for physical items purchased from Ace My Path, LLC pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipper). We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier.Returns: Returns of physical books must comply with our Refund and Returns Policy (available separately), typically requiring the item to be in new, resalable condition and returned within 15 days of purchase.

3.3 Ebooks and Video Courses (Digital Products)

The purchase of any ebook or video course grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license, not a sale, for the designated digital content.License Grant: We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access and use the purchased digital product solely for your individual educational or personal purposes.Prohibited Digital Use: You shall not, and shall not permit others to:Share, sell, sub-license, rent, or otherwise distribute the digital content to any third party.Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the video courses or ebooks.Utilize the content for any commercial use, training, or public presentation without express written permission.Digital Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods which cannot be returned, all sales of ebooks and video courses are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in a limited guarantee.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on the website and in the Products, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, data compilations, physical book designs, and the content of video courses and ebooks, is the property of Ace My Path, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.You agree not to use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Products or Services without express written permission from us.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ace My Path, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.We do not warrant that the Products are free of technical errors or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.No Professional Advice: The content in our books, ebooks, and video courses is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ace My Path, LLC will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services or from any Product, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Ace My Path, LLC is found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the Services or Products, our liability shall in no event exceed the fees paid by you for the specific Product in question within the preceding twelve (12) months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ace My Path, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service or Products; (ii) your violation of any term of these T&Cs; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these T&Cs, the Services, or the Products shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall be conducted in Michigan.

Return Policy (Physical Books)

This policy applies solely to the return of Physical Books purchased directly from Ace My Path, LLC.

1. Eligibility Requirements
A return is eligible for a full refund if all the following conditions are met:
Time Limit: The return request is initiated within 15 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
Condition: The book must be in new, unused, and resalable condition (no marks, tears, or signs of wear).
Proof of Purchase: The original order number must be provided.

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

2.. Return Shipping Options
We offer two convenient methods for returning your eligible item:
Option 1: Free Drop-Off: We provide a prepaid shipping label. You must securely package and drop off the item at one of our partnering locations (including, but not limited to, UPS stores).
Option 2: Pickup: A pickup fee will be assessed and deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of having the carrier pick up the item from your location.

3. Refunds and Exclusions
Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the refund status. 
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: We only exchange items if they are proven to be defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error.
Final Sales (No Returns): All digital products, including Ebooks and Video Courses, are considered final sales and are ineligible for a refund.
